Gavin Benrot, founder and owner of Benrot Business Services, had anticipated many issues when he decided to start his own firm to provide payroll and tax accounting services to small companies.

But what he had not anticipated was the level to which clashes between employees could so occupy his time.

Now his administrative assistant Erica was pushing the buttons of the office receptionist. And when the firm held a costume party, the tension grew to the point that the receptionist quit and walked out.

Now Gavin had to decide what to do about Erica. He wanted to keep her on staff, as she was a valuable employee.
He was also quite attracted to her.
