Absolutely lovely

Talk about your second chances!
Harrison and Tatum have an interesting meet cute that keeps bringing them back together. It’s hard to make a one night stand stick when your best friends marry each other. It might take awhile for Harrison and Tatum to admit their true feelings and find their way back to each other but the journey is well worth the wait.

The females lead is a typical rich, miserable trust fund baby

While I understand everyone has their issues, there is not a single redeemable quality in Tate. She’s horrible, rude and disrespectful. I finished but only because I was hoping Harrison was going to tell her all of the above and walk away 😡

Not a Favorite

I thought this was a 2nd chance type of trope but ultimately it ended up being that and a surprise pregnancy trope, my least favorite. And honestly, I am not a fan of the female narrator and if it weren't for the fact that Jacob Morgan is my very favorite male narrator, I wouldn't have picked up the book at all. JM is the only reason I finished it once the surprise pregnancy came up. And I still didn't enjoy this one. But, hey, it happens. Someone else may love it. It has pretty good spice, medium, I'd say.

A 5 STAR SWEET SECOND-CHANCE

So, Natalie and Nick have found their happy ever after in the previous book (Never Got Over You) and now it’s their best friends Harrison and Tatum’s story who also met on the same night.. but their road would take over four years to develop. And you just know when there’s a pact of ‘no strings’ it’s going to be a delicious stirring of emotions as chemistry awakening desire and a skilled author lets Fate and Destiny do the rest. But the challenges of distance.. walls.. insecurities.. self-doubt and something big are hurdles to the romance that will make.. or break their relationship.

Worth a credit? Yes this was a very enjoyable dual POV listen that had swoons, sex, sweet sentiments and five star narration.

Cute

This was a super cute and fun read. I love that Tatum is so guarded and Harrison showed her over and over that she was worth the struggle to get close to her. Their love story was fun and steamy. I enjoyed their story.
