Days 46 to 53 is the fourth book in the Mass Extinction Event series, continuing the story of a worldwide apocalypse seen from the eyes of two very different people in two very different parts of the US.

More than a month after the disaster that crippled the world, Elizabeth and Toad are struggling to survive. Soon, however, Elizabeth faces a fresh problem, as she realises that the virus might have claimed another, even younger victim.

Meanwhile, Thomas discovers more survivors who are trying to reclaim the city. But is the mysterious Quinn really going to lead people to a new dawn, or is another act of unimaginable horror lurking right around the corner?

good storyline tiresome main character

love the over arching storyline but could a character complain more? so tiresome it takes away for the positives

poor writing poor narration

sounds like a middle schoolers summer project.. kept hoping it would get better. the idea was good. but the whole series was just so.. childish. redundant. one of the main characters just drops off the map later in the series. spoiler alert but the last book just ends and there's no more. Just extremely poorly executed, very childish naive improbable reactions, situations, etc.. idk why the average rating is so high. all the reviews are all very poor.. authors school friends must've helped with ratings. the female narrator was like a little girl. just all around very poor... listen if theyre free, but dont waste your money.
