KINSLEY: Inheriting my great-aunt’s trailer park seems like a blessing after being on my own for years. Until I find out it’s run-down and populated by angry tenants demanding long overdue repairs that I can’t afford and are beyond my laughably nonexistent skill level. Bill, the ex-military loner, agrees to help for six months in exchange for free rent. Working beside him every day, I fall hard. He's gruff and broken and everything I never knew I could depend on. She deserves better than this place and a broken man like me, and before she can figure that out for herself, I need to push her away. The problem is, I don’t know if I give her up.
