Best chums Nancy and Beverly get a surprise trip to the city for graduation. Excitement at being on their own, free to watch Tyrone Power and Loretta Young at the movies, soon becomes tempered by a huge storm moving in, and a killer on the loose called the Creeper. Not about to let the storm dampen their weekend, they decide to make their own fun with some phone calls. But what they don't know, is they may be dialing up murder...
