Mairead Murray has over 30 years’ experience working with crystals and has worked in her own holistic shop where she has sold crystals for the past 10 years. Mairead has had a great opportunity to talk to people and find out the best way for them to work with the crystals. She went forward to take levels one through three in crystal courses and is a certified crystal healer. She has also delivered crystal workshops at her holistic centre. The first part of this book is dedicated to crystal grids, and the second brings in the three holistic principals of mind, body, and spirit together.
