if you've ever lived in a small Southern town with a lot uncontrollably gossip that is extremely hurtfully this will hit home. if you are triggered by an alcoholic parent that is verbally abusive this may not be the book for you. if you want to read about broken teens who learn to accept help and not allow their broken homes to define them you might like this book.

Romance

Great romance book. The narrator and author does a great job. Really like the enthusiasm from the narrator. Overall excellent book, definitely recommend.

Poetic with a great performance

The performance made this book. I'm sure a gay teen somewhere is going to hold this as the book that changed their life. The writing was okay but the delivery made it seem poetic 5 stars for the voice actress she has clear enunciation and I was able to listen at even the 3.5 speed and follow easily.
