Esoteric Cosmology

This collection of 18 lectures delivered in Paris, France by Rudolf Steiner in 1906 is a must for any serious student of Steiner's philosophy. Ranging from esoteric insights into Christianity and Yoga, to astral planes and apocalypses.

In his own words he says "Occult truths are beginning to be disclosed to the public. In a matter of twenty years or so, a certain number of them will already be common knowledge. Why is this? The reason is that humanity is entering upon a new phase which it is the object of this lecture to explain."

This is pretty cool. I think it is going to be one of my favorite Rudolf Steiner books. This one is particularly useful if a reader is looking for the belief system of his student Owen Barfield. Barfield's work focuses on the evolution of human consciousness. This set of lectures by Steiner provides the listener with a great introduction to that topic.
