If you’re into anthropology like me you will find this book fascinating. The relationships between the characters were complex.

Great story

I had to reread a couple chapters to really understand the story, but overall it was a good book.

So very boring

I really could get into this book club read. No appealing characters. I muddled through it. It was painful.

Zero character development; disjointed; boring

Idk what this was — I tried. Do not recommend. I loved “Heart, the Lover,” but this seemed like the work of an entirely different author.
