Forty is a profound milestone in one's life, representing a time of reflection and transformation. As I approach my fortieth birthday, I find myself on a journey to free myself from mental slavery. This book serves as a personal journal, capturing my experiences in discovering my authentic purpose ordained by God.

Divided into three parts-Childhood, Early Adulthood, and Motherhood-each season of my life reveals different tests of faith and perseverance. Through candid reflections, I explore the challenges and triumphs that shaped my spiritual journey and personal growth.

The fourth part of this memoir details the practices that have been instrumental in my faith journey, providing insights that may help others seeking their own paths to healing and purpose. Year thirty-nine marked a significant turning point for me, a year of great emotional release, where all the tears I had held back throughout my life came flowing out.
