Very important book

This book is very informative and gives ways we can all help change the horrific situation that has grown up in Big Food and Big Ag which have become profit driven monsters, ignoring the impact all their ultra processed GMO chemicalized food which is heavily funded by the govt - us- has on our society and CHILDREN. so it’s time to say NO! Listen to this book and you can be informed and take action.

Good information, but narration is poor

The book starts out fine with an intro by Casey Means and then a short "preface" but Mark Hyman. After that the narrator (Bella-Hyman) sounds muffled and she is clearly reading (very boring to listen to). The information is great but the delivery is poor. Sorry that I did not buy the book. I tried to return the audio but Audible.com does not allow returns on this book.

Important information, disappointing delivery

I am a nurse practitioner and have been a long-time follower of Mark Hyman's for many years. This information isn't totally new to me but this goes into much more detail. The degree of collusion, of conflict of interest etc. is incredibly disturbing and quite frankly, made me angry - even though I knew this has been happening for decades. I had to listen in blocks of time because after each chapter, I felt like I needed a session of meditation or glass of wine - or both! I must also mention, that I agree with the person who commented on the narrator. It was quite clear that this was not a VoiceOver professional. I found the narrating frustrating. I consume books as actual books but more often as audiobooks, which I've done for many years. So have listened to many very good narrators, some bad. It may seem like a minor things but it definitely makes a difference in the listener's experience.
