It's clear Dr. Sprinkle did his research regarding this topic, and the book is surprisingly accessible for such a well researched topic. Even if you don't land where he does on the debate, he has clearly laid out how he came to the conclusions he's come to.

Insightful and Informative

Preston does a great a job highlighting contextual assumptions for “hard complimentarians” and “soft complimentarians”. While I lean to a soft complimentarian where the office of elder is held for men, I think Preston handled the issue well and in a balanced manner.
