no book two for audiobook yet I dont want to wait for it to come out

Awesome world building and culture references at same time

I like the world building, the expansion on the astral powers and the development of the characters. The narrators did a good job. Could feel the emotions the characters were feeling while listening.

balance

one of the most overall balanced story in the genre I have ever come across. easily enters top 5 in my opinion, the pacing, story and variability of the first book is amazing. I cannot wait for more titles from this series to come out, I know I'll be either pre ordering them or buying on release every single time!

Weird Audio

The only thing I disliked about the audiobook was the odd frequency of high and low audio parts. I understood the inner thoughts parts but there were parts that I could barely hear then other parts I had to turn down the volume.

Other than that everything else was amazing except there not being book two available.

Great Start

This is a great series. It has just the right mix of action, world building, and romance. I started this series on Kindle, and after finishing there, read up to the current chapter of the webnovel online. The audiobook was great. I gives a different feeling to the story, and adds a layer of depth when you hear the characters come to life. If you are on the fence about this book I highly recommend giving it a shot. The only downside I can see is the length, but if your okay with that go for it!
