Lighthearted s with just a hint of commentary

While the events are exaggerated for dark comedic effect, they underscore the often-ridiculous behavior of adults and the detrimental impact it has on children. The book doesn't shy away from uncomfortable truths, yet it delivers them with McCormick's wit that keeps the pages turning.

Fantastic story.
