George and the Ship of Time

Penguin presents the audiobook edition of George and the Ship of Time by Lucy Hawking, read by Roy McMillan and Sophie Aldred.

When George finds a way to escape the spacecraft Artemis, where he has been trapped, he is overjoyed. Surely now he can return to Earth.

Though the story about George has progressed dramatically in terms of plot complexity development it manages to retain some of the good “hive simplicity to sophisticated” vibe which is appreciative.
It’s it sad though that I’m this current audio adaptation sconce additions are put at the end and not into the places they are intended to be. However, it doesn’t ruin the unmistakable George series atmosphere. Thank you.
