This book is awesome! I have tried “regular “ healing techniques and therapy, and they can’t hold up

The title says it all! I have learned more about healing and health related issues than the many years I spent in many other places that try to help people. It awoke an awareness about how to prioritize what is good for me and my health while navigating this journey in this realm!
