I loved being drawn into the story.

Donna's writing is so detailed and accurate, even though it is fiction, the story could be real. Her knowledge of scripture and weaving it into her work brings about deeper meaning to the story. I find myself hoping the story never ends, so what happens with the rest of their lives? Will there be another?
The narrators pace, tone, and voice changes make the book that much more interesting.
