Creed is a character with layers. In Matt’s book, he’s introduced (again because we’ve “met” him in the previous serious) and you can tell that he’s kind of hurting but we really don’t know or understand why. When those revelations come out, there’s a part of me that really hurt for him. I must say, I didn’t cry for him but it was a near miss and I’m not one to cry at books or movies so heads up there.

Easton is a character that, the more I learn about the more I wanna learn so I’m excited for his story after these first two installments.

Mackenzie Harte was great as always. She’s a very talented person and I always enjoy her talent.

Not the best narrator

I love T.S. Joyce! I have listened/read all but a handful of her 100+ books. 90% of them were narrated with virtual voice and i enjoyed them more than this narrator. I guess it's possible it's the stories themselves in this series but I'm blaming the narrator.

Great Story but ...

This is a great story and I've read these books several times but this narrator is not great.

Sooooo Enjoyable!

Soo soo enjoyable! I loved a lot about this one! The new word Shero is my favorite! I cracked up when that came up the first time. Then how the boys battle for unimportant rank…wha hahaha! Then there is her dog..Peanut Butter who was transformed to Spike. I mean the imagination and thought process from this author is amazing! I can’t wait for more!

Better

This 2nd book was definitely better then the first. I will definitely be continuing with the series
