The Beginning of Always, Book 1

I think that’s the best thing I’ve listened to this year

We’re all basking in the queer joy of Heated Rivalry right now. This book gave me queer joy too. The writing is good. The narration is good.

The character with cerebral palsy is written in such a “real” way. It’s just part of him. There’s no preaching or teaching. It presents challenges sometimes, but they learn to navigate those together. This is one of the most honest representations of a physical disability that I’ve encountered in fiction.

I fell for both these characters, and I’m so happy for their happy.

The world is rough right now. I needed the feeling this book gave me. Gonna hold onto it as long as I can.

Beautiful story🔥❤️👏

First and foremost, the narration is outstanding. Iggy Toma is perfet for this book. He gave all the characters the perfect personalities. This story is a beautiful healing love story. You definitely find yourself rooting for the main characters. Lace panties and leg braces make for a great romance. 👏❤️🩲

Iggy Toma was great

I wanted more from this story. It was cute and fun and sweet but I wanted more from the author. It was missing some fleshing out of the story and the MMC partnership.

Wonderful narration by Iggy Toma who is one of my favorites. The story had just enough angst and the characters were just sooo loveable!

Sweet & Sexy

Such a sweet story! For anyone who has felt like they are just sort of tolerated by friends and family and they should settle for what they can get, let this book show you a different path. That’s what made this couple stand out to me, that both of them (but especially Victor) didn’t see in themselves what the other did. Victor explaining how his Cerebral Palsy had always made him feel both babied and looked over gave me a perspective on how dehumanizing having a disability can be. It was so nice to see how Oliver was able to anticipate when and how Victor actually needed assistance
