Not really for me 😢

Well this was different. The FMC I guess would be the Hero in this book? The MMC had so many pity parties for himself I wanted to stop the book. I finished it so I could use it for my 2022 book club challenge - a book with a shoe on the cover (same book, must have more than one version of the cover - Kindle cover looks way different). I don’t believe I would have finished it otherwise. I even but they audible version- the audible made it even worse. I rarely leave poor reviews, and never say anything about narrators- but neither were someone I would rebuy, the FMC’s voice was hushed or whispered the entire way through - it’s an HEA though …..
