Fun Overview of Bond Films

This was a fun overview of the Bond films. It was written by a Bond fan who also loves Star Wars. (Sorry Dave, Moonraker was not as cool as Star Wars). It covers the films as representative of their times and how times have changed the character and films for modern day, including attitudes of race and sexism. It is an entertaining book with a light touch and lots of puns. The chapter on music was interesting as well. While you can read this, I listened to the audiobook as well. Narrator Thomas Cassidy has fun with the quotes from the films, intoning them in character. I could tell they had a wonderful time with this book. More for the casual fan or someone new to the series.
