Good inside information

I was looking for information that would help me in a couple of areas. 1) To support my husband who is just a member of our church but does alot to help the preacher. and 2) to understand what our preacher's wife is dealing with so I can support her. This book was very insightful for me as I'm not very familiar with what goes on behind the scenes at church.
