Audiobook is worth it

I love this book. It is a great follow up to her first book and it’s definitely following T Swift’s strategy of relatability (but Christian mom style). I don’t laugh out loud a lot, especially listening to audiobooks, but there are so many moments that were absolutely hilarious. I love how she uses those moments to mirror Jesus in the way he taught parables. Keep on sharing the faith, Cynthia!

Mayonnaise Peaches Will Preach

This is a wonderful book filled with wisdom, encouragement, conviction, humor, and all the things moms can see in each other that the world might miss! Be prepared to tear up, laugh out loud, and nod along in every chapter!

And make sure you find Cynthia on her podcasts…MESSmerized, Feeding the Mouth that Bites You, and my favorite…Sidetracked with Heather MacFadyen (that one has a subscription option that is worth every penny!)

Oh…and make sure you listen all the way through…the mayonnaise peaches story will make you call your mom and thank her for never subjecting you to that particular dessert??? Appetizer??? I am still not sure!

Great, easy listen, that keeps you engaged right from the start. It’s like being with a friend who is telling you all the things you need to hear. Will definitely listen again to pick up more little nuggets of wisdom.
