so.. damn good.

It's a great, sexy, slow-burn story. The performance is quite good/ impressive. This is a book you can read more than once.

Loved the cute storyline and accents. Book definitely could have been shorter with lots of long dialogue sounding the same

A more realistic betrayal/ chosen family story loved it!

I really enjoyed this story it's complex nuanced yet funny endearing and very entertaining.

My only critique is the ending even though I understand why they wrote it the way, (Spoiler) I wish they had written a more realistic /complicated ending to me would have been more in line with the rest of the book

Still very much worth a credit, even if I did have too many late nights being sucked into the story. I hope the next book appears soon.

Fantastic narration and storytelling I loved these characters they felt more real than a lot of this genre. The writing and portrayal of characters by the author and narrator were both superb.

Swoon city! 🥰❤️
Anna had me swooning, jumping in to help Brooke right away. Her enthusiasm for everything was infectious... it really came off the pages!

Brooke, being shy and timid, is kinda adorable. Especially since she has four black belts lol. Then she had me swooning, gaining a little confidence and being all flirty with Anna.

There were so many moments that had me all giddy and smiling. A slow burn that really sizzled thoughout the book. Such a good read!
