In one fateful moment, squealing tires, twisted metal, and showers of shattered glass changed Olivia Bishop’s life forever. Suffering from a head injury and a near-death experience, this invisible plain-Jane woman has now become very popular…with the dead.

She desperately attempts to drown out their voices, until a persistent detective, Jarrod, seeks her help in solving a case. A serial killer is on the loose, and Olivia seems to have "insider" information that could help track down the killer. Although she tries to keep her distance, their chemistry is undeniable, forcing Olivia to wonder if he might actually be the one she’s been waiting for all her life. But nothing is ever as it seems when you walk the fine line between the living and the dead.
