I like the author's voice and I find it helps me relax. The one thing I hate is chapter 4 which is nothing but promotional advertising. You will be relaxed and then you hear Craig Beck back in the studio to tell you about.....my other products.

Super short if I would have watched a u tube would have been much better advertising for coaching hope I can return
