good starter book

I like how this book breaks down the under child in simple terms. It’s an Easy Listen. this book didn’t create inner apprehension like some books that dive too deep too fast or read like a doctor’s study textbook full of psycho babble. I think it’s good introduction for those beginning to recognize that their inner child needs healing. Whatever level of abuse, parental dysfunction or childhood trauma you experienced- I recommend this as a good starter for the journey towards understanding yourself, forgiveness & healing.
