This was a fantastic and easy to follow instruction, and experience into the inner world. Something I will definitively use as I go a long. It's also a book I think I will relisten to, over and over again.
The narrator was easy and comforting to listen to, while the journey of this book unfolded.

Great insight on the inner world

Great book. Felt like it spoke to who I feel I really am on the inside. That part of me that hasn’t yet been revealed to the outter world because of an ongoing internal battle/conflict. For me this book helps address some of those issues by explaining how to connect with the inner psyches through active imagination or dreams. It also gives rules and active steps to take using active imagination. There’s way more but this is what I can summarize. If you’re interested in the mystical/unknown part of yourself I’d recommend this book.
