Glad I FOUND this LOST world book

Lester Wolfe you really out did yourself this time. Of all the prehistoric lost world tales I’ve read / listened to this may very well be the best. It would have been so easy to let this magnificent adventure fall into that sad overused template we’ve all read and reread before and are very tired of - you know… a group of weekend warriors & scientists are on their way to the exotic place, they get lost or the exotic place is really an alien something-or-other, suddenly monsters/mutants/zombies attack. All the while they argue until the evil character is revealed to be… an evil person who did it all for money. But, I am happy to report that Lester Wolfe took that basic structure and made it all new and exciting! How? He’s put his mighty imagination one every part and restructured it all. Everything is somewhat different. The characters pull together to save the whole group - exactly how humans would behave in real life! Thusly, you don’t want anyone to get eaten, frozen, crushed, mushed, dead or have their eyeballs eaten out of their heads!
