A Paranormal SciFi Alien Romance

Kael left Zuvrak for planet Earth with a few of his friends to search for their soulmates. When they were about to reach the planet, they were thrown into a black hole that destroyed their vessel and forced to leave it in escape pods. Kael soon realized this planet wasn't the Earth his mother had described to him. People barely had any technology, and demons were hunting them, killing the men and stealing the women.Though at first Kael had no intention of intervening, he soon changed his mind, because the woman he was falling in love with was in danger.

Interesting

Easy alien listen, a bit different than others, but very nice , kind of fast going, and no big drama. good for when You do Your garden work or drive in a car.

Meh! Nope.

First the virtual voice is very unhelpful in moving the storyline forward. There’s no attempt to have different voices for the different characters so often you’re not sure who’s speaking. It was very little inflection even during tense moments or frightening scenes. Very disappointing that they use virtual voice. Also, it sounds like it was translated from another language, because grammar is poor in some places in words are missing. 

The story just didn’t work for me. The romance is trite and the author has resorted to the use of profanity, which is not very romantic. Just a complete miss.
