second time around

The Publisher’s Summary is reasonably close to the actual story.
Possible Spoilers:
Charlotte is 42, an Omega, and divorced. She’s moved to Las Vegas with sons Sam, 8, and Ollie, 6, to get away from her negative history with her ex in New York. But her primary friend is Ava, another Omega who had an affair with Charlotte’s ex, not knowing he was married. Both were duped. Luckily, Ava was scent matched to her Alpha Pack not long after finding out she was pregnant, and has a healthy, loving relationship with them. But Charlotte has a lot of emotional and physical baggage to work out from 20 years married to a jealous, manipulative, single alpha who refused to bond to her. Her first foray to a club has her in bed with Alpha Cisco and, when she realizes he’s her scent match, she runs away. Repeat days later, when she meets Dylan and Eduardo at a concert. Then there’s Beau, father of Ava’s pack mate Bryce, who realizes Charlotte is his scent match and he runs. He lost his first scent matched Omega 20 years earlier and is terrified of being devastated again if he lost another.
They have a lot of issues to work out.
The narration was pretty decent, though not exceptional.

Meh.

This is a good story, but I was a little bored. I really had to push myself to finish the last 20%.

Beau and Charlotte come to Vegas around the same time
no one thought they were going to meet their omega
when Charlotte meets then she gets upset, she wanted casual hookups because she has 2 small boys and she doesn't need alphas
she was afraid they wouldn't want her if she had kids
wrong, they love them, it takes time but the kids end up loving her pack

her having a pack let her be an omega again, because years of surrpressants made her body stop having heats and having kids, thanks to her ex
but fate gave her scent matches and let her bond with them even if she can't have heats anymore, but being with them she was able to nest again, which her ex also stopped her from doing that fate let her have one more heat
the heats are what omegas go through and it helps them bond theirs pachmates but also to get pregnant
her last and finally heat being 43 years old she was able to bond with the rest of her pack and get pregnant
she ends up with 3 more babies.....they end up being the 3 guys of the group, the younger guys kids
