Cute cozy mystery

Kousins Kan’t Kill is the 3rd book in the Rutledge Historical Society mystery series by Jerri Kay Lincoln. I enjoyed the book and the mystery. Lorry Lockharte’s cousin Kasey comes to her crying that she found a dead guy in the post office. It gets worse - the dead guy is Kasey’s married boyfriend and Kasey picked up the gun! Lorry tries to help Kasey and solve the case. Although its a stand alone book I definitely feel that I missed a lot of the character’s backgrounds. I probably should have read the books in order. After a very tense situation, there is a very nice ending. The narration by Chris Kenworthy was excellent. I recommend this book and series.

Murder Mystery Romance

This was a cute murder mystery romance. Laurie Rutledge is an amateur sleuth who likes to hang off the coattails of her sheriff boyfriend. This case involved Laurie's cousin Casey. I enjoyed listening to this book.
