This hypnosis and meditation audiobook takes you on a journey into the Light. Once there you go onto an elevator that has 109 buttons. These buttons correspond to lessons you're currently learning in your life. Each one is different. Anywhere from one to four buttons will light up. You'll then go to those levels where the lesson you're currently working on will be revealed. The lesson will show you insights about what stage you are on in your life.
