Mason’s finally returning to Illaria, and he’s not coming back empty handed.

Not only does he now have a beautiful elf on his arm, a badass Mustang, and a shit ton of weapons, he’s also coming back new and improved...and runed.

But things back home in Serin have taken a turn for the worst. Mages have gone missing, the king is worried, and the Master is moving in the shadows.

Mason will have to step up and take charge to protect the kingdom, but he’s never been one to back down from a challenge.

The story finally got back on track in this installment. Finally left the crazy, savage, and overall un-like able elves behind. Honestly I was ready for and hoping the MC would burn their nation to the ground.

ok listen...... what can I say.....perfect? enthralling? heart pounding? Not buying this book and every other metal mage book would have been damaging to my psyche and would have robbed me of pure imagination and the best dreams of my life.

Another installment of my favorite series in a long while. It's well written, action packed, funny, and has just the right amount of spiciness!
