Overall great

Let me first say that Jessica Threet crushed it. To do 55+ hours total for this series by herself and keep the voices interesting and fun is very impressive.

As for the story, I thought Book 4 was amazing. The challenge it had was getting people to care about the next phase of the story and it hit that high note perfectly. Book 5 was a continuation of that but I felt like Book 6 petered out at the end. It was the first book that I felt like had wasted time and the ending wasn’t great in my opinion.

Overall, I’m happy that I read the series and could see myself revisiting it at some point.

Great Adventure story

Story is action packed and sex filled with plenty of twisting plot lines to keep it interesting. I only wish there was more.

Enjoyable underdog story

Creative world building and a decent plot. The spice was tolerable, and not too distracting. MMC was not perfect but sought advice from the tem and acknowledged thier strengths. Only reason for a 4 was the end was anticlimactic.
