I LOVE THIS SERIES. MAY IT CONTINUE TOR YEARS!!!

So well written that you never figure out “who done it”! Oscar always adds lots of laughs and smiles. He’s at once loyal and as caring as any therapy dog, but he’s as goofy as a puppy! You just couldn’t find a better duo to spend a few hours with. They always brighten my day!

Great Plot - Great Naration

Once again, a great adventure with Dan Armstrong and Oscar the Labrador. Set in Venice, the story was extra special - the descriptions of sights and hIstorical background of the city were wonderful! Can't wait for another book to come out.

Not one of his best

3.5 stars. I liked it but I don't think it was one of his better ones, and I have read all the previous ones.
This one seemed more like a travel log of Venice and its surroundings and canals. And there were way too many suspects. It also seemed to take a long time to get to the murder portion of the book.
I will still continue the series but for me, this was not one of his best.
As always the narration was very good.
