Excellent narration

I think this is the best new narration of the Discworld books. I’ve always found Nightwatch to be one of the more, if not the most “mature” Discworld novels and Culshaw does a fantastic job distinguishing characters and setting tones for each scene. Very well done. I’m a huge fan of Nigel Planer and Stephen Bridges narrations but I’m also pleased with the new versions. They are done well and this one is the best one to me. Highly recommend.

this is probably my favorite Pratchett book

but some of the caricatures were difficult to understand because of the narrator. better to give up acting and just read.

Great book similar to terry’s other works

I have read most of the diskworld books and this one is one of the best in my opinion

The best of the City Watch series.

This story contains some of Sir Pratchett's best truisms, grand reveals, greatest wit, and cleanest narrative. Sam Vimes is the ideal cop and in this story, manages to transcend all his titles into something he would probably hate. There's a beautiful tribute to fallen soldiers, deep philosophical questions about what makes a hero, and why they might be worth remembering differently.
This is a good one, probably my favorite so far.
