Enlisting Ophelia’s help, the two of them set about finding the killer, and the case quickly turns into more than Poppy ever could have expected. And with Nick joining the investigation, Poppy is sure the three of them are going to get to the bottom of this.

But soon, strange things start happening, and Poppy realizes this case might not be what she initially thought. Is she going to hit a home run and find the killer, or is she about to get struck out?

Another fun book! Some reviewers have commented that a chapter is missing, but it’s been fixed.

Always charming

The book is missing, chapter 3, so it makes it rather confusing towards the beginning. The rest of the story line is charming and fun to listen to.

Ophelia’s moods

All of Ophelias staff, Poppy’s author ship, Poppy’s love life, the story behind her computer expert, and her use of a sociopath.

Great series

The narrator is amazing. I am having a great time listening to the series.
The characters are being developed well.
There was plenty to keep your attention in this book. There was a main mystery, the secondary mystery, the MC moving forward with the novel and lots of appearances by our favorite supporting characters!

Love the narrator! I look for all books she narrates.

Love this series and Author! I started one of her other series a month ago, read all of them, and am now on book for of Owen Mackenzie Mysteries.
