She is trying to live a quiet life and learn the house former owner secret life. And navigate her love life with Troy who is still dealing with the trauma of his best friend death. The little town of Maple Ridge learns of Jessica’s past life and they turn on her and put her in danger from journalist and her husbands’ former coworkers. I realllyyyy can’t say more because this series has been to be read. It’s so underrated and so good.
