He seeks nothing less than to account for the spread of secularism and decline of faith in the last 500 years. Had just finished Taylor’s Secular Age, and though it was great, Hanson et al’s review from a biblical perspective was wonderful. May God be helping us to listen to his Word at the intersection and needs of our age.
