You can't really miss with Wolfe

Michael Prichard has Wolfe down to a T. Personally, in my head I hear Archie as being a little more chipper, but that's just my choice. Great story, loads of political intrigue, and a couple of murders...plus we meet Wolfe's adopted daughter!

Still enjoy Rex Stout. Can't resist Nero & Archie

As always I enjoy a good story with Nero, Archie and all the rest. Entertaining!

Audible they are all so good, a real treat for any book lover.

Wolfe’s a Daddy

The great man, in every sense, meets his adopted daughter in a pre-war dose of Nazi skullduggery. None of the villains or suspects ranks high in the canon but the climax is exciting. For fans the real pleasure is often seeing another turn in Nero’s dance with Inspector Cramer - where Rex scores over Conan Doyle and his less interesting foil, Lestrade. That does not disappoint.

Difficult to follow at times as an audiobook

I read this book decades ago. It is as good as an audiobook, but because of the number of characters it is harder to follow the storyline
