Parenting with Power

Explains five major areas for parenting.

• Parents must know how to communicate among themselves first, then their children and must know how to listen.
• Parents must be self-confident in their power to be and to teach.
• Parents must know how to be firm, create boundaries, and enforce them. Lack of enforcement is seen as a lack of love.
• Parent must be consistent in life, in teaching, and in their behavior. They must live and guide in morality and just rules.
• Parents must be committed and be consistent. This gives the children a secure feeling.
