Pithy and to the point. Plus explicit ideas for practices, habits, diagnostics and what to try “next”. Good book to have in one’s chronic pain Rolodex. Lays some things out if you’re savvy and disciplined enough to figure out and deploy on your own. Listen on high speed and be delightfully entertained. Great reading performance.

Eye opening and enlightening

Must read if your trying to fix yourself inside and out without the control of modern day medical doctors, amazingly explained so it is understood clearly and makes so much sense. I just started listening to it today and it has got me excited to fix myself and my family.
