It is a great work by Atkinson from the perspective of learning how to harness, focus and, concentrate our God-given mental abilities. However, as its very title suggests, Atkinson further explores how one may use his or her mental abilities for the practical purposes of not only influencing their own lives, but the thoughts and actions of others. A fine psychology book with many everyday uses.

This is one of my favorite books and it is so much easier to make time to listen rather than read.

This is "The Secret" x10....Touches your soul

Whoever came up w "The Secret" certainly plagiarism of Atkinson's work was done no doubt. This book will elevate you more than any other "Self Help" book. His words resonate deep inside. Well worth the price many times over
