It’s important for practitioners to know the differences between prayer, affirmations, and energy work because ethical considerations are involved, they’re not interchangeable, and some situations would be better lent to one method or the other.

In fact, making the wrong choice could end up causing your recipient to be uncomfortable or even offended.
