A crew of three, led by Captain Jack Spender, have been searching the galaxy for an inhabitable home for the remaining population of their own dying planet. After more than one disappointment, they discover a lush and lovely planet that appears to be the answer to all their hopes. But the planet is mysteriously empty of life, save one vibrant and lovely girl. Young Jack Spender is immediately taken with young Chloe, and she with him. Slowly the reason for her survival emerges, and the hatred which once destroyed all life on her planet threatens the lives of the crew. Spender must race against time, in a deadly gamble to have the girl of his dreams.
