Meticulously researched and very well presented. Hope and frustration in equal doses. One of the most important issues of our time and very much needing our attention and action.

Entertaining, practical and utterly convincing

This book is meticulously researched, and deals with many commonly held false beliefs. George is practical, passionate and surprisingly funny and entertaining at times. Compulsory reading for anyone who wants a livable planet for not just our children, but increasing ourselves.

Everyone eats. Everyone needs to take in this book. Everyone (almost) will be better off for it.
