Ari continues to bring wit and humor as he walks through the secrets unraveling before him in the Southern Kingdom. A beautiful love story with darkness and worlds unraveling. Again, a fantastic narration from Stina Nielson and Tim Campbell. They make the story come to life and read every part with perfection.

Wonderful Series.

Very good series. All came together nicely in the end. The characters are relatable and with very different personalities, which is fun. At times I had difficulty remembering who was who. However, don’t fret about it because it comes together in the end. It’s a long series with many storylines so sit back, take it slow and enjoy. Otherwise, you will miss many interesting details.

Best series ever.

I cannot recommend this series enough. It’s literally perfect. It’s a perfect balance of suspense, romance, beautiful prose, intrigue, deep and enchanting characters that latch into your mind like real life friends. The heroes are all mostly morally gray and so perfectly written you can see and hear and smell them. The heroines are all smart and fierce with no annoying “girl plays games” tropes. If you listen to these books you will also get the added bonus of INSANELY good narrators. I mean they do not get any better. So all around this whole series is one to buy because you’ll listen or read it more than once.
