Happy-ever-after

This book is the perfect ending to the Bailey Brothers series and a wonderful introduction to the Haven family. Levi and Annika were the perfect couple to give closure to the story of the Baileys, the origins of the town feud, and the resolution of the series' over-arcing mystery. No spoilers here - if you wanna know, read the book!

I loved how Levi loved Annika (and her son) and was willing to figuratively set the world on fire to make her his. I mean, he wouldn't literally set it on fire because he's a fireman! The storyline was poignant, romantic, mysterious, and hot - a modern-day retelling of Romeo and Juliet without the deaths. Feuding families, forbidden love, risking everything to be together... it's all here...and then some.

It was wonderful to revisit characters from previous books in this series and also the series that started it all - the Miles Family series. Next up - the Haven Family!

Kudos to Claire Kingsley for pouring her heart and soul into this book while dealing with her very own personal loss. So grateful that she is continuing to share her talent with us - the world needs more love stories and happily ever afters.

The performances by both Sebastian York and Desiree Ketchum were stellar and really brought the story to life. Sebastian added subtle nuances to differentiate between twins Logan and Levi. Desiree made the Haven brothers likeable with her emotional performance as Annika demonstrating the love between her and her big brothers.

Epic conclusion.

Beautiful conclusion to the series. A forbidden love, yes! Please. This story is epic, so much fun, laughter, hardship and a little mystery. I listened the whole day, I couldn’t put the book down, this story grabs my attention from the first chapter and never let up. Love the way author Kingsley wrapped up this beautiful series. I really hope the Haven brothers get their own books, I’m already in love with them.

Freaking Amazing!!!

I read this and Love, loved, loved it!! uuuummmm listening to it was AMAZING!!!! Sebastian and Desiree were fantastic!! I really don't have a bad thing to say about this book. This book was perfection. Chef's kiss!! I will definitely be listening/reading this series again and again.

Seriously Sébastian York has become one of my favorite Narrators pair that with Desiree. Hell yes!!!

Perfection

I loved this book so much but to hear Levi and Annika come to life was fantastic and brought the book to a whole new level. Sebastian was the perfect Levi capturing every emotion. Desiree did a fabulous job with Annika. Of course the writing is amazing as this one of my all time favorites. I loved this book when I read it when it came out and I loved it even more listening to it. Highly recommend this book and the entire Bailey series!

Beautiful

I was in tears at the end of listening to the last book in the Bailey series. The coming together of a family story and all the shenanigans in Tilikum. Claire’s writing is so beautiful, emotional and I’m always totally captivated reading her books. I just can’t put them down. Thank you Claire.
