This is how you write a novella!!! Such an amazing book wow. This series is the best one ever.

Rib Smasher’s Story Did Not Disappoint!

This book follows Hekla (also known as Rib Smasher) of the BloodAxe Crew, and I absolutely loved getting to dive deeper into one of my favorite characters of the crew!!

It was so compelling to read more of her storyline, her struggles, her romantic tensions and dynamics, and the battles she facing while separated from Ray.

I truly felt for her on a deep level, felt for her feminine rage, her strength, and her resilience, especially considering everything she’s had to endure throughout her journey.

This was such a great and refreshing read, and the perfect bridge before heading into book three!

What is happening to Hekla

I like the fact that with this we know what is happening to Hekla and the Bloodaxe Crew. It seems this will all come together at the end of the series but I enjoyed knowing what was occurring outwith Silla and Saga.

Heckla!!! Love her!

Solid novella, great refresh for book 3…ending was not great and have some concerns on how this storyline will fit into the trilogy arc 🤷‍♀️

Incredible narrator and story

One of my favorite series ever, and one of a the only ones that I have exclusively listened to and not read with my eyes. The narrator is so talented that I often forgot it was solo narration. I am eager to see where Hekla's badassery brings her.
